If you would like to join a discussion topic or start one of your own, leave a comment, we’d love to hear from you! Many fans have been asking to put up some information about Wine & Food pairings. People want to know what goes best together…

Wine & Food Pairing is one of the most exciting reasons I got into wine in the first place. There are so many options, do you want complimentary flavors, or contrasting, either can work but depending on what you are eating, some wines will work, some will not, and some can be new and exciting combinations… Have you ever tried a Port Wine with Stilton Cheese? That is said to be one of the best dessert combinations, so give that one a try for starters…

If you have a particular favorite meal, leave it in the comments section, and I’ll be happy to research some different wine options for you to go with it… Or, if you have a particular style of wine you like, I can give you a few different food options to try with it.
