One comment, I would call the Pinot Noir light
instead of watery. The latter suggests a wine
that may be inferior, as opposed to a wine that
is elegant by design.

Agreed, I’m still working on my sense of “elegance” when it comes to describing wines… No wonder the wineries haven’t been calling me back! I will be sure to make more appropriate comments, especially since I enjoyed that “watery” wine! Thanks for the comment!
